abstract = {Sustained ventricular tachycardia (VT) can cause sudden death if untreated. VT poses diagnostic and therapeutic challenges in low-income countries. The burden of VT in our setting is not known. We report the case of a 31-year-old woman with VT revealing cardiac lipoma seen in a tertiary hospital in sub-Saharan Africa (SSA). The initial presentation was suggestive of peri-partum cardiomyopathy. This rare case highlights the challenges in the diagnosis and management of VT associated with cardiac lipoma in SSA.},
