Yoshinori Tanino

Yoshinori Tanino is an Associate Professor in the Department of Pulmonary Medicine, Fukushima Medical University, Japan. Dr. Tanino obtained his medical degree and PhD degree from Hokkaido University in 1993 and 2002, respectively. Since 1996, after the 3-year period of clinical trainee, Dr. Tanino has started his carrier as a pulmonary physician. He has worked in Hokkaido University Hospital (1996-2002), and Fukushima Medical University Hospital (2006-present) as a pulmonary physician. He also studied in the University of Washington in Seattle, USA between 2003 through 2006.
His research interests are extracellular matrix, lung injury and repair, and interstitial lung diseases.
